remarks
As DOE is a mandatory certification regulation of the federal legislation of the United States, it is applicable to all products within the regulatory scope of entering the American market. All manufacturers, importers, retailers and distributors must strictly implement and comply with it. The new regulation on broadening the definition of GSL general lighting bulbs released by DOE of the US Department of energy means that all common general lighting bulbs on the market at present need to meet the requirements of DOE testing and certification according to the new regulation, and provide the certificate of conformity of product DOE standards. Each manufacturer shall complete the DOE testing and certification of GSL products as soon as possible to avoid the subsequent impact of new laws and regulations on the sales of products in the US market.
